The WPK series connector is a single circuit wire-to-wire 'water proof' connector that has a 7.0 Amp current rating, using wire size 0.5~0.85mm2. Originally designed for automotive applications, the connector features a strong inner housing lock mechanism to mitigate the effect of external forces, and a flat contact spring configuration to maintain excellent excellent electrical performance in testing environmental conditions. Waterproof performance High waterproof performance is 7 ingress protection of JIS C 0920 (IEC 60529 IPX7). Contained seal ring Seal ring is completely contained in housing and protects from dust, SCratch, etc. from outside. Proven contact configuration Contact has adopted the spring configuration of flat quick connect terminal to ensure a good connection at all times.
